FIRST CHOICE PRODUCTS INC. is committed to your total satisfaction. If your purchase is damaged or defective please contact us toll free at 1-866-498-2378 within 14 days of delivery. We require photos of the damaged box as well as the damage piece or pieces. You must keep the original packaging for Fed-Ex to pick up the damage piece or pieces in. We will then be able to issue a claim and send out replacement parts.

If you wish to return the product you MUST contact BEST CRAFT ORGANIZER by email or phone for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number. Any items being returned with out a Return Authorization number will be returned to the sender.

The Sender is responsible for the return shipping costs. First Choice Products will only accept returns within one year from the purchase date.

Items being returned must be in original boxes and be un-damaged. Once the items have been received in our warehouse a credit will be issued.

• All prices are quoted and payable in US Funds and subject to applicable taxes.
• Canadian orders will be shipped from Canada but are payable in US Funds.
  
• We have negotiated with multiple shippers to give you the best shipping rates possible.
• We are currently unable to ship Internationally but if you have a freight forwarder in the US or Canada we will gladly ship to them. United Kingdom and Australia can be purchased through our representatives.

We process and ship all (in stock) orders within five business days of receiving them. Any items which may be "out of stock" will be shipped as soon as possible after they are received from our manufacturers.

In order to be eligible for Wholesale status you must operate a Storefront business (Brick and Mortar Store) and purchase our products to display and retail to your customers.  All components, (drawers, shelves, and inserts) must be purchased in full cases and be shipped directly to your store in order to receive wholesale pricing. First Choice Products Inc. reserves the right to determine Wholesale status.
